Our South Deerfield restaurant is located in the Tibetan Plaza on Rts. 5 & 10 (Greenfield Rd.) between the Magic Wings Butterfly Museum and Pioneer Saab/Volvo.  Our building was masterfully transformed by Sonam Lama from a 1950s motel into a showcase of Tibetan stonemasonry, overlooking the lovely Pocumtuc Mountains.  This restaurant provides a cozy 24-seat dining area as well as picnic tables on our patio during the warmer months.

To become more accessible to schools and community groups in the Valley, we are adding a new location for Hillside Pizza on Route 9 in Hadley!  The building was once an old car garage, but has been beautifully reconditioned in a modern barn style by Wright Brothers Building.  This space provides a larger 40-seat dining area for our guests, and provides us with the capacity to produce more of our famous fundraising “Take & Bake” pizzas.

We are committed to responsible, sustainable business practices and have built our new restaurant with these principles in mind.  Much of our building supplies and materials are recycled or recyclable, made from renewable resources, low in VOC-emissions, and come from local suppliers. This creates the perfect environment to serve our delicious, all-natural, organic foods.  As a member of CISA (Community Involved in Sustaining Agriculture) our mission is to provide healthy and delicious foods while supporting local organic farms.  Our foods are always preservative, chemical, and GMO free.  During the growing season, we include vegetables from our own Hillside Organic Gardens and other local farms.

We feature our popular pizza slices, wrap sandwiches, organic salads and cooked whole pizzas for sitting down or taking out. Our famous “Take & Bakes” (fresh, made-to-order, uncooked pizzas) are great for customers who enjoy baking our delicious pizza pies in their own oven at their own convenient time.  Our patrons are always greeted with a warm reception and a smile in our family-friendly restaurants.

Our South Deerfield location is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11 am to 8 pm.
