Our South Deerfield restaurant is located in the Tibetan Plaza on Rts. 5 & 10 (Greenfield Rd.) next to  Magic Wings Butterfly Museum.  Our building was masterfully transformed by Sonam Lama from a 1950s motel into a showcase of Tibetan stonemasonry. We offer a 24 seat dining area as well as a patio with picnic tables for the warmer months. The plaza is also home to El Jardin Bakery, Himalayan Views Gift Shop, and Interfaith Healing Center.

Our Hadley restaurant is located on Route 9 in Hadley (Russell Street).  The building was once an old car garage, and onion storage barn, but has been beautifully reconditioned in a modern barn style by Wright Brothers Building.  This space provides a larger 40-seat dining area for our guests, and provides us with the capacity to produce more of our famous fundraising “Take & Bake” pizzas. Our Hadley building is also home to Valley Bike and Ski Werks and Energia Yoga & Spin Studio.

We are committed to responsible, sustainable business practices and have built our new restaurant with these principles in mind.  Much of our building supplies and materials are recycled or recyclable, made from renewable resources, low in VOC-emissions, and come from local suppliers. This creates the perfect environment to serve our delicious, all-natural, organic foods.  As a member of CISA (Community Involved in Sustaining Agriculture) our mission is to provide healthy and delicious foods while supporting local organic farms.  Our foods are  preservative, chemical, and GMO free.  During the growing season, we include vegetables from our own Hillside Organic Gardens and other local farms.

Our pizzas are "build your own" style with a variety of delicious gourmet sauces, fresh vegetables and free range, preservative free meats. We also serve large pizza slices, wrap sandwiches, organic salads, and hot 'wiches (panini style sandwiches). For people with special dietary needs we offer gluten-free pizza crusts and sandwich rolls (Against the Grain Gourmet) as well as vegan/dairy free soy cheese, and meat substitutes (Hadley location).
Our famous “Take & Bake Pizzas” (fresh, made-to-order & uncooked ) are great for customers who enjoy a fresh home-cooked meal made easy!
