1) Locally grown.
2) All of our veggies are grown without chemical herbicides, pesticides and minimal machinery.
3) We grow basil and garlic to produce our own basil pesto sauce.
4) During the growing season we grow a wide variety of veggies for pizza toppings, special dishes and catering.
5) We compost restaurant food wastes back to the soil, along with autumn leaves to build the garden's soil.
