- A Healthy
Fund-Raising Alternative-
Simple, Enjoyable & PROFITABLE!
With a need for innovative fund-raising ideas and an increase in health
consciousness we started our Hillside Pizza fund-raising program in
February 2002. Since then local groups have raised over $110,000 selling our
fresh, all natural “take & bake" pizzas and “scoop & bake"
cookies. Our goal was to offer superior
products, support our local community while we contribute to local
organization’s efforts to raise money
for their projects.

Seven Step Fund-raising process
1. Check our event day calendar and contact us for an available pick-up date.
2. Receive PDFs of order forms, tally sheets, advertising flyers, and
customer receipts from us and distribute them to all your supporters
3. Have your supporters sell, leave receipts with customers, collect
funds, tally orders, and give all order sheets to your contact person.
4. Place orders with us through your contact person a few days prior to
your pick-up day
5. We make the pizzas and cookies and someone in your group picks them
up at our restaurant (
265 Greenfield Rd. S. Deerfield next to Magic Wings Butterfly
Museum)
6. Your group organizes pick-up times and deliveries to your customers.
7. Your group gives us a check upon pick-up and applies its earnings to
your special project.
Could it be any Easier?
Also! After your customers taste our products, they’ll want to reorder.
Future successful fund-raising drives are built on a satisfied customer
base.
Fund-raising with gift certificates
Gift certificates are an additional way to fund-raise. They have been a
rousing success. We’ve had hundreds of people redeem them at the
restaurant as this is a convenient option for people who want to
support your fund-raising project but may not be available for pizza
pick-up times. Remember, each certificate counts as one unit sold
toward fund-raising payouts.
Fund-raising
Profits
We have a 3 tiered profit system with higher payouts for higher sales
performance. We calculate the total number of combined units (pizzas,
cookies and gift certificates) toward higher payouts.
Total Unit (Pizzas,
Cookies & Gift Certificates) Sales
1 - 99 units sold - Organization earns $3.00/unit
100 - 299 units sold - Organization earns $3.50/unit
over 300 units sold - Organization earns $4.00/unit
Success Stories
We’ve had many fund-raising success stories. Here are a few
testimonials from our customers:
We
have used Hillside for three PTO fundraisers so far and will continue
to do so. It has been an excellent and easy way to raise money for our
school. We just take orders, email our totals in, and pay with a check
when we pick the pizzas up. Bob is so helpful and everything always
runs smoothly. He’s always been very flexible if we need to make last
minute additions or changes. Even when we have orders for 100 plus
pizzas of all different varieties, there is never a mix up!

Hi
Bob,
I just wanted to give you a great big THANKS for making the best
organic pizzas! Our Relay for Life Team used your fund raising program
this year for the first time and were very impressed at how easy it was
to sell the pizzas and cookies and, especially, how much money we
raised for Relay. We will definitely sell your fabulous pizzas next
year, and the next year, and the next year...
Thanks for a great idea and product.

delicious cookies and pizzas too!!! The kids really responded to this
fundraiser, and it was easy too. Plus Bob and Craig are such great guys
to deal with!!! They make things fun and pleasant! Thanks for all your
support!
Many thanks,
